The Brain burn-in prints its receipt to the job log as well

Context

Each e2e-brain shard writes its receipt only to $GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY, in the step "Report the shard's receipt" of .github/workflows/test-e2e-brain.yml. No agent can read that receipt:

• a job summary renders only on the run page, for signed-in users;
• gh run view --log does not contain it;
• the check-run API returns none of it: gh api repos/neomjs/neo/check-runs/115024961806 gives an empty output.summary.

So no agent has read a receipt's text yet. The post-merge receipts on #19655 were rebuilt from the list reporter's log lines. #19682's post-merge item, that the receipt names each retried test with its first-attempt error, cannot be checked. On run 38313618683, the first after that merge, WorkstationTearOutSourceContinuityNL:614 healed on retry, and its receipt line is unreadable.

The Fix

The step pipes the receipt through tee -a "$GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY" under set -o pipefail. The step's default shell, bash -e, has no pipefail, so without it a receipt that throws would pass behind tee.

Acceptance Criteria

• Each shard's job log contains its receipt verbatim, and the job summary is unchanged.
• A receipt that throws still fails its step.
• Post-merge: the next dev run's receipts are read from gh run view --log, including the retry line and every "Needed the retry" line.

• What the receipt says.
