v13.3.0 release notes, iteration 2: the grid frames and the merges since

Context

#19712 is the epic for Engine 13.3.0's release notes. Iteration 1 merged as #19748 (d9e78ed17d). It left the screenshots to the next iteration, with the images hosted in neomjs/pages. The handover on #19712 (comment) set this iteration's scope: capture, host, embed, and fold in the merges since iteration 1.

The Problem

• The two grid chapters describe visual features without a single frame.
• 13.3 in 2 Minutes says of columnMenu that "no shipped example turns it on yet". #19750 (d1812dbb84) made that false: examples/grid/bigData's Settings tab now has a "Column menus" checkbox.
• The scale line and the Full Changelog count 48 PRs and 50 closed issues at 2026-10-15 09:00Z. Live GitHub at 11:10Z counts 51 and 53. The new PRs are #19743, #19748 and #19750.

The Architectural Reality

• The note is .github/RELEASE_NOTES/v13.3.0.md, iterated on dev behind its banner (release-notes §1, §6).
• test/playwright/unit/buildScripts/docs/seo/Generate.spec.mjs refuses blob/main and tag-ref Neo source links in release notes. Image URLs on raw.githubusercontent.com/neomjs/pages/main/… are the 13.2 precedent (v13.2.0.md).
• The frames come from neomjs/pages#39. They were captured at d1812dbb84 from examples/grid/contentSizedRows and examples/grid/bigData.

The Fix

In .github/RELEASE_NOTES/v13.3.0.md:

• Frames: grid-content-sized-rows.png in the content-sized rows chapter; grid-header-menu-counts.png and grid-header-menu-filtered.png in the header-menus chapter; grid-header-menu-refine.png beside the 1,000-match bound in its Numbers. Each frame gets alt text that describes it.
• Short route: name the bigData checkbox as the way to see header menus.
• Merges since iteration 1: the scale line and the Full Changelog re-run against live GitHub at a stated time, with #19743, #19748 and #19750 in their areas.
• Banner: iteration 2; the remaining work (designation, the cut's receipt, numbers regenerated at the cut head) stays listed.

Acceptance Criteria

• AC-1 The four frames are embedded with descriptive alt text, from raw.githubusercontent.com/neomjs/pages/main/resources_pub/website/release-notes/v13.3.0/.
• AC-2 No sentence says that no shipped example turns columnMenu on; the short route names bigData's "Column menus" checkbox.
• AC-3 The scale line and the Full Changelog name their source and time, and list every PR merged since iteration 1.
• AC-4 Generate.spec.mjs passes.
• AC-5 A GPT-family review approves before merge (release-notes §5).
• AC-6 Once neomjs/pages#39's PR merges, the four images render in GitHub's view of the note on dev (Post-Merge Validation, if the pages merge comes second). Verified at 12:34Z; receipt on #19754.

Out of Scope

• Hosting the PNGs: neomjs/pages#39.
• The final iteration: the cut's receipt from #19652, removing the banner, Release Type and Stability, numbers regenerated at the cut head, the §7 checklist.
• A frame of the cut or the e2e tier: neither has a visual surface.

Avoided Traps

• Photographing a page the feature was patched into for the shot. Every frame is a shipped example on dev, reachable by the reader.
• Rounding the new merges into the old count. The 09:00Z numbers stay true for their time; the iteration states the new time.
