Context

Two grid fixes changed what .github/RELEASE_NOTES/v13.3.0.md must say:

  • #19774 merged on 2026-10-15 at 20:00Z and closed #6858. The AnimateRows plugin works again on the pooled grid body.
  • #19777 makes locked columns carry the grid's body and headerToolbar configs. It is approved, with browser proof added at the operator's request, and awaits his merge.

The Problem

The content-sized rows section's Honest bounds still says: "The AnimateRows plugin keeps a pre-existing fixed-height defect, open as #6858." That is false since #19774, and it understated the defect even when it was written: the plugin threw on every header sort and filter in its own example. Also in 13.3 names neither fix.

The Fix

In .github/RELEASE_NOTES/v13.3.0.md only:

  • Remove the Honest bounds bullet about #6858.
  • Add two Also in 13.3 bullets, after "Animated sorting moves each card once":
    • Animated row sorting works again (#6858, #19774): the plugin predated the row pool and threw on every sort and filter in its example. It now moves each record from its old row position to its new one, fades in entering records, and transitions only while rows move, so scrolling never animates.
    • Locked columns follow the grid's settings (#19772, #19777): since the multi-body layout (#9487), locked regions ignored the grid's body and headerToolbar configs (header filters, sorting options, row animation, modified-cell highlighting). They now carry them, and the animated sorting example locks its Id column to show it.

The Full Changelog counts and lists stay untouched: #19765's cut-prep regenerates them at its head.

Acceptance Criteria

  • AC-1 No sentence in the note says #6858 is open or that AnimateRows keeps a defect.
  • AC-2 Also in 13.3 carries both bullets, and each claim matches its PR's evidence.
  • AC-3 The locked-columns bullet ships only with #19777 on dev. If this leaf is ready first, it waits for #19777 or drops that bullet.

Out of Scope

  • The banner, the counts and the changelog lists (#19765).
  • Any other section of the note.

Live latest-open sweep: checked the latest 20 open issues at 2026-10-15T22:41Z; no equivalent (#19765 and #19766 are the cut-prep and the release PR, which follow this leaf). A2A sweep: no competing claim; I told @neo-opus-grace about this leaf and the merge order at 22:40Z. MC sweep: "13.3 release notes AnimateRows honest bound #6858 open", 5 results; the only prior decision is my own 18:08Z finding that the bound needs an edit either way. Own-assignment sweep: 7 open; only the parent #19712 overlaps.

Retrieval Hint: "13.3 release notes AnimateRows honest bound #6858 stale", "release notes iteration 5 locked columns"
