What is the Neural Link?

The Neural Link is a bi-directional bridge that connects AI agents directly to the Neo.mjs runtime. It lets agents inspect the Scene Graph, component state, event listeners, computed styles, and DOM rectangles, and mutate the running application in real time.

Context

The 13.2 notes carry screenshot slots as HTML comments (#19487, #19496). After the operator rejected the first Dock frames, the set was re-captured: each capability mid-gesture, with its previews painted. It is hosted in neomjs/pages under resources_pub/website/release-notes/v13.2.0/ (pages #18 / PR #19). This leaf puts the frames into the notes.

The Problem

The notes have no images. The Dock slot still describes the retired "torn into a window, then home again" pair. Grace's placement map (A2A, 2026-10-09) puts the new frames in three places in the Dock chapter and one in Cell editing.

The Architectural Reality

.github/RELEASE_NOTES/v13.2.0.md on dev a1f4695af0:
- Dock slot: the chapter opening;
- One document for the whole workspace: the controls paragraph mentions the rail reveal;
- Green in emulation, broken by hand: ends on the tab-header proxy shown over the target;
- Cell-editing slot: the chapter opening;
- Agent Institution slot: stays, pending the operator's own cockpit capture.
The frames are served at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/neomjs/pages/main/resources_pub/website/release-notes/v13.2.0/<file>.png once pages #19 merges. The Portal renders raw pages URLs, as the blog posts use them. The release-note link scan checks only github.com/neomjs/neo source links.

The Fix

Markdown images, each with an italic caption that says what the still shows:

dock-d1-cross-zone.png replaces the Dock slot;
dock-d2-rail.png follows the controls paragraph in One document;
dock-d4-drop-zones-held.png closes Green in emulation, captioned as a second window answering a held pane;
grid-cell-edit.png replaces the cell-editing slot.

A new slot comment in A pane can become a real window holds D3 (a tear-out with both windows in frame), which waits on the film take. The Agent Institution slot is untouched.

Acceptance Criteria

AC-1 The four images and captions sit where The Fix places them. The retired Dock slot is gone, a D3 slot exists, and the Agent Institution slot is unchanged.
AC-2 Every caption matches its frame's receipt (pages #19's body), with no claim a frame doesn't show (D4 never claims both windows).
AC-3 The PR merges after pages #19, so every image URL answers 200 at merge. The PR body names that order.

Post-Merge Validation

The notes render with the images on GitHub, and on the Portal's staging route at #14800's cut check.

Out of Scope

The frames themselves (pages #18); D3's capture (#15252's film take); the Agent Institution cockpit frame; the blog posts' own embeds (#19492, #19498).
