Context
neomjs/pages#21 (merged 2026-10-09 16:50Z) hosts four frames under resources_pub/website/release-notes/v13.2.0/:
dock-d3-tear-out.png (the tear-out, both windows in frame) and dock-native-return.png (the return), both cut from the 13.2 film take on real windows (#15252);fm-1-fleet.png and fm-2-observatory.png, the Fleet Manager frames the operator asked for: an active fleet and the Observatory.
All four main raw URLs answer 200. #19517 embeds them in the release notes. The two 13.2 blog posts still lack them.
The Problem
learn/blog/a-workspace-that-can-leave-its-window.md is about panes leaving their window, yet none of its three frames shows two operating-system windows: D1 and D2 show one window, and D4 a popup alone.learn/blog/one-repository-per-reader.md introduces Agent Institution in prose only, while its repository has almost no traffic.
The Fix
Embed each frame like the posts' existing images (<img … class="blog-image">, then an italic caption that claims only what the frame shows), at width="100%". The Portal wraps every Markdown image in a scrolling box and never scales it (#8479). At a 1440 px viewport that box is 685 px wide, so an 800 px frame hides its right 115 px, and in D3 that is the torn-out window. The Dock post's D1 and D2 move to width="100%" for the same reason; D4 (600 px) already fits.
- Dock post: D3 after the rail frame, where the text narrates the tear-out. The native return goes in "Green in emulation, broken by hand", after D4, as the real-window receipt.
- Split post: the fleet and Observatory frames in "What we build next: Agent Institution", after the paragraph that lists the roster and the activity.
No prose changes beyond the captions.
