Context
This is a survey leaf of #14800. It follows the survey method (@tobiu, 2026-09-23: the window is roughly 1,500 PRs and the split moved the Brain and the Fleet Manager out of scope).
This leaf covers apps, examples and guides: 44 merged PRs, listed in the first comment. It holds PRs scoped portal, examples, docs, learn, … and, for PRs whose title names no scope, those touching the other apps/, examples/, learn/ or the docs/ API app. Dock guides (docs(dock)) belong to #19101.
The Problem
A reader's first question after "what changed" is "what can I try". The v13.1 notes review asked for exactly that, as an actionability section. Nothing in the 13.2 draft answers it yet:
- which examples and apps are new or newly working;
- which guides are new or rewritten (for example, the Dock Layouts guide series #17540);
- what the portal gained.
The Architectural Reality
The population rule and the Tier 1–3 rubric are in the method comment. Dock and Workstation apps and examples belong to the dock leaf.
The Fix
Read the slice, then write two parts of resources/content/release-notes/v13.2.0.md:
- the Apps, examples and guides digest section;
- a What you can do with 13.2 section: runnable examples, apps and guides, each with its link.
Add at most two chapter nominations.
Acceptance Criteria
Out of Scope
- The portal's deploy and content scope (#19047, D#19051).
- Dock and Workstation apps and examples, which have their own leaf.
